At this cooking class, we provide all the foods, flavors and spices at your own disposal! We will show you how the global kitchen works and how you can cook it, also for many guests! We exclusively offer free cooking workshops and training with the BBQ Vice World Champions! Whether the variety in the kitchen, systematics for vegetarian variety or authentic country dishes: live with us cooking brings you our cooking experiences even clearer your kitchen and we show you how our system can be applied quickly, efficiently and überrschend. Whether assistant, apprentice or star chef: our know-how of regional ingredients and global cuisines is easy to learn, based on our many years of worldwide experience in the world's cuisines and also offers you many benefits your guests will appreciate and their gastronomic operation flourish. In our training courses, we will show you aspects of the salt balance, the right dosage of spices and efficient cooking methods, which will allow you more time for your guests and the running of your business.

Vegetarian food at Christmas: 8x beef fillet and 1x something else? So that the vegetarian friend can enjoy the party as much as the grandfather does on his beef fillet, just replace it the beef fillet with a vegetarian fillet! Sounds simple but unusual? It is! Thanks to the cooking experience, information and descriptions by Mathias Zehnder, Gastro- nomie world champion, and Simon Keller, BBQ Vice World Champion, you can easily prepare wonderful vegetarian dishes that will make your guests smile. Better cooking with less effort and thus spreading a good atmosphere at Christmas: vegetarian cooking is fun and the family can enjoy the meal together. 8x beef fillet and 1 celery fillet.
