The Peppcorn project is very important to us, as it allows us to make a small contribution to the well-being of all. Education and income through honest work are an important basis for successful development aid and thus the improvement of agriculture and livelihoods in Cambodia and Switzerland.
We must demand, promote and establish healthy agriculture that emphasizes sustainability and organic farming (strictly without artificial fertilizers or pesticides). We want to create fair jobs through our farm and provide our employees with a good living and social security. There are currently seven permanent employees, while up to 20 temporary employees are employed during the planting and harvesting season.
